Whoa...been a while

Yeah, it's been quite some time since my last post. But, I'm back.

Just started a new job a few weeks back. I'm the web developer at Enroute Computer Solutions in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ. If you've seen their website, you understand why there was a need for a web developer. It's going great so far. I present the new look for their site tomorrow. And importantly, I got my first paycheck today.

For those of you interested in my Philly gear, I now have an on-line store at VeteransShirtium.com. Right now, the store and myself are in Flyers playoff mode:

My store was just featured on The700Level.com in a playoff preview article. The portion of the article that talked about Chris Pronger called for the PAIN! Thanks to Matt P. from The700Level.com for the plug!:

We're Still The Team To Beat

I'll be printing the shirts I design and like the most all summer during the Phillies season. This is my latest design that I really liked. Because I'm seeing all these sham teams rise up and get the spotlight on ESPN like the Royals, Blue Jays, Rangers, etc. But, the last time I checked, we're still the team to beat. We have the rings and right now we're atop the standing in our division. So with that said, I'm taking orders for this shirt:

As always, 10 bucks a shirt. Also, I'm getting a second order together for this shirt:

So, let me know which shirts you want. JoePekula@gmail.com

Bahaha I'm flattered.

Imitated, but my friends, never duplicated.

My Design from 3 years back:

And here goes a crappy CafePress shirt I saw today:

My shirt was also made in the USA. I just didn't brag about it.

New work

Here's a new idea I was messing around with today for a poster or T-shirt. I don't know.

I give you The Colonel

Here's a poster illustration I've been working on today. I call him The Colonel. I hope you enjoy his rugged good looks. Someday, I aspired to have a mustache as strong and powerful as his. Someday.

Enn Eff Cee Championship

Because of my undying love for the Eagles football franchise, and my love for designing posters, I took on a project with Camilo to design a old style poster for the upcoming NFC championship game. The design is based off of some old school boxing match posters, and since this match up will be pretty epic, I hope the design matches the intensity.

Mr. Hammond, I think we’re back in business!

Hey. A few weeks back some friends of mine told me to check out vistaprint.com. It's a sweet site to get things printed inexpensively. Well I took a dip into my funds and got some nice business cards printed up. Got my branding down with the site design and now the cards and all other materials.

Note to self: Expect business to skyrocket!
